Erin runs a boutique law practice focused on health law and advanced care planning.
Erin has a long standing interest in social justice and access to justice. A graduate of McGill University’s joint law and social work program and the University of Ottawa’s Master of Laws program, Erin has worked in the Ottawa community as a lawyer, social worker and volunteer. She has consistently demonstrated her commitment to clients and community-members particularly around issues of equity and equality.
Erin’s practice is focused on health law and advanced planning. She provides consultations and legal representation to those with mental health issues and those who support them. Her services also include the preparation of powers of attorney and basic wills. Additionally, counselling /case management services along with presentations on a range of legal topics are offered.
Erin has experience working with a broad range of clients and welcomes people from all backgrounds. Legal Aid certificates are accepted. Erin speaks French.

Powers of Attorney, Wills & estates
A range of services in the area of powers of attorney, guardianships, trusts (including Henson Trusts) and basic wills are offered . Estates services are also offered.
Notary public & COMMISSIONING
All services offered weekdays and accommodations can be made when necessary for outside of these time upon request.

Presentations and training sessions on various topics related to social justice law are available including sessions on mental health law, powers of attorney & wills.
mental health Legal Representation & COUNSELLING
Both legal and counselling services are available to clients and/ or loved ones of persons experiencing mental health problems.
